As our nation and local communities work on recovering from the epic financial effects of the COVID-19 pandemic more people than probably ever before have now been faced with joblessness, homelessness, and associated mental health issues. By TIPS investing in Clean, Affordable, and Stable Housing (CASH) for those in need NOW, we are actively working to position ourselves to best 'reach back and pay it forward' for our communities. We network with several Metro Atlanta area organizations like the Veterans Administration (VA), HOPE Atlanta, Gateway, and Lost and Found Youth to help
you during your time of need and uncertainty.
Our goal is to continuously strive and focus on "flattening the curve" of homelessness.
Our properties are tailored specifically to the following needs and issues, but not limited to:
- Elderly
- Homeless/At-Risk for Homelessness
- Military Veterans
- LGBTQ Youth, Ages 16-21 years old
- Mentally Challenged
- Disabled
- Pregnant Teens & Teen/Youth Mothers, Ages 15-21 years old
- Aged-Out Foster Care Youth, Ages 18-21 years old
- Transitional Short/Long-Term Housing
- Domestic/Sexual Assault Survivors

Thomas Investment Property Services (TIPS) is a real estate investment holding company that was established on September 26, 2019. We specialized in the startup, acquisition, and operation of real estate and
operating companies that provide services and solutions to customers in specific markets.
These community service markets include assisted living, residential care, and rental housing.
We constantly network with non-profit organizations in the Metro Atlanta area that provide vital sources
of continual referral lists of pre-screened clients for Thomas Investment Property Services (TIPS).
Our primary goals are to provide Clean, Affordable, and Stable Housing (CASH) and to help ensure
quality cognitive, behavioral, and physical support programs for those in need.
